Neck Pain

I started having pain in the neck since April 2010 when I had an accident playing ski. I bumped with my buttock during the fall. From that moment on when the pain started. I had tried many kind of treatment including Thai massage, but it not the solution. I had been to the hospital too. 1st time they took the x-ray. 2nd time I had MRI. But everything was normal and could not find the cause of the pain. I changed the pillow thinking that it might help and I also took Muscle relaxant drugs prescribed by the doctors, but it did not help me. I was annoyed and struggle with the pain for months. Until this September, my friend suggested me to try Japanese therapy at PST Centre.
For the 1st session, I did not believe that the therapy would help me. Because of how light the therapy is. And it is totally different from massage and other therapy that I knew of. I felt like nothing happen during the session. But after i went back home, I felt exhausted, as I was told earlier. The next day, it felt more relieved. The symptom was there but felt better.
I continued with the therapy until the 3rd session. I felt that I was almost 100 % relieved from neck pain. But need to wait for full recovery. At present, I am pain free and no longer to bother with the pain. And PST Centre suggested I adjust my behavior to avoid symptom recurrent.
